Our Delivery Prices 

We are offering click and collect from store or very local free delivery, if you are local to us please select click and collect at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.

As we are a small independent retail store, we do not always have every item listed in stock.  In those circumstances we will order directly from the manufacturer and inform you of this via email.

However, if our site shows the product is available, it is either available from store or from the relevant manufacturer.  Manufacturer delivery times due vary but we will do our very best to keep you informed of the progress of your order.  

If part of your order is in stock, and part needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will give you the option of having a split delivery at no extra cost to you.

A note to our EU customers - due to recent changes relating to Brexit and trading with the EU your order may be subject to delays and additional import VAT fees charged on goods by local customs within the destination country. This depends on the country you live in.

You will be contacted by either our courier or local customs to pay any VAT or fees applied to goods you have ordered, prior to the order being received.

We cannot accept liability for any local applicable tax or fees. Additionally any damaged or returned goods by customs as a result of non-payment cannot be credited.
