Our Delivery Prices
As we are a small independent retail store, we do not always have every item listed in stock. In those circumstances we will order directly from the manufacturer and inform you of this via email.
However, if our site shows the product is available, it is either available from store or from the relevant manufacturer. Manufacturer delivery times due vary but we will do our very best to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
If part of your order is in stock, and part needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, we will give you the option of having a split delivery at no extra cost to you.

It would be most helpful if you require an item for a specific date, you inform us at the time of ordering.

We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you buy from us but if you are unhappy for any reason we'll offer an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed. Please ensure any briefs, thongs or swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items where it is apparent this has not been done. Please return to us in the original packaging. If this is not possible, people ensure the garments are suitably protected.
We reserve the right to charge a small re-stocking fee in exceptional circumstances.
Returns must be received back at The Lingerie Store UK within 14 days of the date you received your order. 4 days must be allowed for postage so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned via a traceable method. We can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.
Customers outside the UK
Returns must be received back at The Lingerie Store UKl within 20 days of the date you received your order, allowing up to 10 days for postage. Please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned via a traceable method. We can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by us.
How to request a return
To request a return, please email us at email@example.com stating your invoice number along with your reason for the return or exchange. This will help us keep track of your items when they reach us and so we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please enclose a note inside the parcel with you name, invoice number and whether you would like an exchange or refund
